Blake Miles, born and raised in Dallas, was a well known as an artist, designer, builder and remodeler. A graduate from the University of Texas with a degree in Architecture in 1971, Blake Miles was a professional construction contractor who specialized in high end residential design and remodeling, and home portraits.
I had known Blake Miles since childhood and was always been amazed by his artistic talent. Over the last 30 years Blake’s reputation as a designer and contractor in the Lakewood and Highland Park area deservedly grew and was our logical choice to design and built a 520 sq. ft. outdoor living area as an extension to our home in the Enclave at White Rock.

Blake Miles and I first did business together 25 years ago.
He completely remodeled my business office and warehouse in 1986. He finished out 4 office areas (5,000 square feet) – plumbing, electrical, walls and carpet. In addition, he finished out the warehouse area (10,000 square feet) including electrical and air conditioning.
In 2001 he remodeled my father’s house, one of the original homes in the Lakewood area of Dallas. The work included complete refurbishing of all windows and doors – they looked like new!
Both projects that Blake handled for me were finished on time, and within budget.
Blake was always on the job, making sure that all work was done correctly the first time – an excellent quality for a contractor.
